Understand how Nume prepares your account

After the AI Interview is completed, Nume will take a few minutes to set up your account for analysis. This is the final step before your AI CFO is fully operational.

Nume performs several background tasks to build your personalized financial intelligence system. This process involves:

• Data Import: Nume imports all the required data from your connected accounting and banking systems.

• Custom Mapping: It creates a custom account mapping to group your GL accounts into a meaningful management report structure.

• Prompt and Report Preparation: Nume prepares tailor-made prompt suggestions and reports for your business.

The setup will take a few minutes, after which Nume will notify you via Slack once the process is done and your first insights are ready.
