Downloading and Sharing Reports

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Download Nume reports as PDFs, spreadsheets, or PowerPoint files to share with anyone.

Whenever Nume produces a report worth sharing (with colleagues, your bookkeeper, investors, or your board), you can download it as a file and send it on however you like. The recipient doesn't need a Nume account.

How to download a report

  1. Open the report.

  2. Click the download icon next to the document name at the top of the report.

  3. Choose your format if more than one is available.

  4. The file saves to your device, ready to share.

Available formats

  • Documents (written reports, summaries, narrative analyses): PDF.

  • Spreadsheets (tables and sheets): PDF or Excel.

  • Slides (presentation decks): PowerPoint or PDF.

Sharing the file

Once a report is on your device, you can send it by email, attach it to a Slack message, drop it in a shared drive, or print it. Nume isn't involved in the recipient's experience after the download.

Privacy and security

  • Treat downloaded reports the same as any other financial document on your device.

  • If a file goes to the wrong person, you'll need to ask them to delete it. Nume can't revoke access once a file leaves the platform.

  • For colleagues who need ongoing visibility into your finances, invite them as workspace members instead of sending downloads each time. See Pricing for how additional seats work.
