How to fix connection issues
Connection or Data Sync Failures
Examples: missing bank data, ERP integration errors, Slack failed to connect
Nume automatically checks the health of your accounting system connection. If your Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo or E-conomic integration becomes disconnected, you'll see a notification banner at the top of the application prompting you to reconnect.
How to resolve:
If you see a disconnection banner, click through to reconnect your accounting system.
Go to Settings → Integrations to check the current connection status.
If the integration shows an error or requires re‑authorization (common with Open Banking connections), please reconnect the account.
If the connection continues to fail after multiple attempts, please contact Nume Support via the support widget in the bottom right corner.
Note: If integration issues happen during the onboarding, please contact support directly via the widget in the bottom right and ask for human support
Data Discrepancies or Accuracy Issues
Examples: values in Nume differ from your accounting system, incorrect invoice dates or amounts
How to resolve:
Nume automatically syncs ERP and accounting data up to four times per day. If you recently made changes, please just ask Nume to refresh the data or wait for the next scheduled sync.
If discrepancies persist, verify the source data directly in your accounting system. Nume has read‑only access and cannot modify underlying records.
After confirming the data is correct in your ERP, rerun your prompt or refresh the analysis in Nume.
If the issue still persists, please contact Nume Support for further investigation.
